[ Hello Vatheon, you get a hand over the device for a little bit before the teen lets it drop to the floor and made his way over to practice his punching and kicking on a nearby punching bag that he specifically crafted himself. It was rather sloppily made but it was worth it since it was good enough for abusing.

Since he was here for a while, he decided it would be best to just practice and keep himself in check. When he got back home, there were still missions and stuff waiting them. Koenma wasn't the nicest boss. Still after a few more swings almost knocking the punching back off the branch and into him, he stops and sits down. There's a little sweat dripping down his face and the night air tingled somewhat. IT gave him strange chills he'd rather not talk about.

Oh and look, Eikichi seems to have brought a small tied box of food towards Kuwabara. Yes, his cat enjoys doing things like this to him. He pats his kitty before be takes the box. Maybe learning how to cook wasn't so bad. He attempted it at home a few days ago. Hopefully it's a lot more edible now. ]

[ ooc: feel free to bug Kuwabara since I haven't posted in ages for him. He's training outside bored and playing with his cat. Anyone is welcome to come by and watch or troll and play with his kitty. Sparring partners go too! ]

Hajime clears his throat when Kuwabara asks of his activities as of late. Nearly getting killed, helping host a tea party, hatching an Eevee... He's been busy.]

Yes he seems to be busy. Kuwabara is only asking because Hajime is his friend and catching up with friends is the right thing to do isn't it? To Kuwabara it seems rather natural. ]

[Hnnngh. Fine. Fine. He may be serious but talking about such serious things really doesn't put him in a good mood. Stroking the kitty will distract him from frowning too much. He scratches the cat behind the ears for some time before answering.]

[As for his part, he definitely considered Kuwabara an ally but friendship was a pretty new thing to Hajime. He wasn't quite sure if their relationship was such or if it was just a case of familiarity. If it was the latter, Kuwabara had no business in his matters but of the former... Comrades had a duty to know their whereabouts, he thought.]

[ The cat just doesn't want to leave Hajime alone as he watches the boy. Eikichi starts to purr a little at getting scratched behind the ear. Maybe he's rubbing his small kitty face against Hajime's hand a little just a little. ]

[ Kuwabara nodded his head without a second thought really. ]

Yeah you can say it like that if ya want. It's jus' we've known each other for a while now. It's kinda weird if we didn't have comradeship or anythin'

[ Friends would be the right term but hell it doesn't matter to him really. Kuwabara is that kind of guy that cares about his roommates and friends and allies. That and also everything else in between. ]

[That's right, Eikichi. As much as Hajime tsuns, once he starts scratching, he can't stop. Along the jaw, under the chin~ That's a good kitty~]

So that's how it is.

[He thinks about it. Even though he brought up the topic, he couldn't quite tell. Moreover, Kuwabara was rather easygoing and simple about it. But there were certainly things Kuwabara needed to know now that they lived together.]

The only reason that I'm telling you this is for the sake of us remaining house mates. I was recently involved in a fight. I don't expect you to help out. This is my battle alone. I won't forgive you if you decide to involve yourself.

[ Eikichi keeps purring cuz he likes the attention all of it. He likes being pampered and kitty likes being scratched in good places. ][ Kuwabara rubs the back of his head. He wanted to say it was necessarily that but if Hajime wanted to interpret it that way he supposed there's no point trying to explain. If he said friends he wouldn't know how Hajime would react. Yes maybe? Or MAYBE he's trying to treat you like his friends you know? ]

A man's fight is a man's fight. I respect that Tounomine-san but seriously what the hell happened that ya got into a fight of all things?

[It's true. He'd practiced kendo his entire life. The moment he was old enough to wield a weapon, it was thrust into his hands along with the burden of family honor on his shoulders. He stops speaking to collect himself. Just remembering what words had been said was enough to make his forehead throb with aggravation.

Hajime begins to stroke along the cat's spine in long strides. He can't still himself from these sudden thoughts. Here is some Grade A rage petting.]

If somebody has a personal vendetta against me, then I will deal with them personally. Involving others is absolutely unforgivable. Some idiot disrespected my family. I couldn't listen to that and do nothing about it.

Eh... I didn't mean it that way. I jus' meant that you don't seem like the kind of guy to get into fights not that you don't fight.

[ Well that's news. Maybe he could spar with Kuwabara one day. He needs to hone his Rei Ken abilities. Kuwabara can understand where he was coming from really but hey he didn't really know that Hajime was good at Kendo.

[Hajime needs a sparring partner and maybe, just maybe, he is starting to warm up to Eikichi as well. He nods at Kuwabara. It seems they both valued their family deeply.]

[He didn't necessarily win, either. There was no winner in that fight.]

[ Kuwabara would not mind sparring wit him. He might want to see how tough Hajime is as well. That's good because Eikichi will be bothering him for a long time.

[ He's just wondering. Hajime doesn't have to answer. ]

[Hajime exhales unhappily, stops petting Eikichi, and stands. He doesn't look at Kuwabara. No, his eyes remain fixed elsewhere.]

There's no winning with that man. Everybody loses.

[ Eikichi just looks at him when he stops being petted but he doesn't do anything. He is watching Hajime briefly. He swears there's something off about the guy. You know since he has this amazing spiritual awareness and stuff like that. ]

[He meets Kuwabara's gaze, serious. He had felt some attachment to him and Yusuke. He didn't want them associating with that guy.]

[ He replied with a nod. He takes him seriously. There's nothing about his expression that seemed goofy or off at all. Kuwabara knew when things were serious. Kuwabara wouldn't get himself into problems that he knows he shouldn't unless he was provoked to that point. ]

[Hajime nods back. Hajime would be deflating relief if he were a balloon but he is far too serious to show it. He looks away again, just a hint of pink frustration on his cheeks.]

[They're not on speaking terms and Kuwabara will likely have to patch that up, given that both are too stubborn for their own good.]

[ Kuwabara is glad that Hajime was opening up to him somewhat. They were roommates and kind of friends. If he wanted to put it that way. He hates being out of the loop with things. ]

[ Come to think of it, he hasn't seen the teen in a while and oh yeah he doesn't know about that one either.... Yeah. Jeez. ]

We're no longer on speaking terms. I don't really care what happens to him but you would probably be upset if something happened to him.
