[ Kuwabara's face seemed rather serious if not a little ticked since his best buddy hasn't returned in weeks and he needs to actually do some of his work around the house. Not that it was important. He was more concerned with what was going on with his friend since it's Yusuke he must have some good reason for ditching his house for the past few....weeks? He didn't count too well. ]

Oi Urameshi. What's the big idea? Ya haven't been home fer weeks. At least leave a note or somethin.' I see ya everywhere but the house.

[ With that he just cuts the feed since he's still a little ruffled up and annoyed that someone's avoiding the problems instead of seeing them head on. ]

Anyone in the mood for a friendly spar or somethin?' Been rusty an' all. Anyone is fine. I ain't gonna hurt anyone. Jus' sparring.

Yeah somethin' like that. It's considered a weapon but it ain't the typical stuff. [ Kuwabara can deal with that. Still he hopes that this boy can hold his ground. He doesn't want to look like a low life picking on a little kid. ]

[Ken arrives shortly after that last message, spear in hand and Evoker on his belt. He's not sure what this guy is capable of, so it's best to be prepared either way.]

[ He replied with a half grin. He doesn't want to be a jerk so he won't be too rash. ]

[He drops into a ready stance, spear held in front of him, ready to launch forward.]

[ He replied acknowledging the boy. Kuwabara took a fighting stance as well. ]

[ He replied letting the boy have the first attack. ]

[He grins, and propels himself forward, slamming the butt of his spear into the ground once he gets decently close and swinging himself up, using the momentum to try to get a good kick in on the other guy's chest.]

[ Kuwabara takes one step back and brings his arms up to block the kick that the boy propelled to him. For a boy he's got some strength. At least he didn't feel completely like a douche for sparring with kids. He might like this. ]

[ With that question he speeds up towards Ken pulling a quick uppercut, obviously not to hurt him but just to throw him off balance or get him briefly..At least he was aiming for that. He didn't use all of his strength. No need to. He still shouldn't be hitting kids. ]

Shadows. They have all kinds of nasty attacks and they make people go pretty much catatonic - what's your name, anyway?

[alskdf. Did not move away fast enough to avoid that uppercut, but he just rubs his chin to make sure he's not bleeding and then tries to launch himself for another kick.]

They sound like some nasty things. Kind of reminds me of what we had ta deal with at home.

Kuwabara Kazuma. The Warior of Love and Justice. [ Yes excuse him while he does that since it's just how Kuwabara is. He smirks briefly as he sees him move. He's pretty fast for a boy. Kuwabara is amazed. he kind of reminds him of that sneaky Rinku kid with his YoYos well minus the YoYos anyway. Kuwabara made sure not to hurt him too much so he shouldn't be bleeding. ]

You're pretty fast.

[ He actually takes that kick and it's not too bad either. ]

I have to be. It's not just physical fighting I have to do, either. You can be in serious trouble if you can't launch off a magic attack in time against a Shadow.

Youkai. They're kinda like monsters too but ten times worse. They all have different levels of power...and it's freaking nuts when we have ta go catch 'em.

[ Well it's Kuwabara's title. That's what he is. Ken should get used to it! ]

Eh you're pretty smart. Least ya got the right idea. Here comes another. [ Hello would you like to use your weapon now because Kuwabara will test that now as he moves towards Ken. ] Reiken!

[ See that spiffy orange spirit sword he just made. Yep that's his weapon!. ]

[Sword vs. spear... he might have the longer range but he'll have to be careful. Spears aren't meant to be clashed against swords and he has no idea what that thing's made of. He brings up his spear to counterattack as Kuwabara gets close. Hopefully he can get under his guard and stick him.]

[ Yes, but Kuwabara won't be using all his strength on Ken. Of course, the sword was as solid as an actual metal sword. So he won't have to worry about his spear going through it or anything. Kuwabara attempts to clash his sword with the boy's spear. He's got it in him to help Ken learn more too...just without saying. ]

Man now I'm watching YYH on Youtube instead of packing. :T

[Ken narrows his eyes, and he pushes his spear to try to deflect the attack off to the side and close the gap with another kick. He's not quite as aggravating to fight as Rinku, thankfully.]
